SwiftPass Pricing
Event Tickets
5% + ₦150
Per ticket — paid by the customer, added to the organizer's ticket price.
The organizer receives their full ticket price. SwiftPass never deducts its fee from the organizer's ticket revenue.
Venue Reservations
15% + ₦500
Per booking — paid by the customer, added to the venue's listed price.
The venue receives their full listed price. SwiftPass retains only the service fee added to the customer's total.
How the final price is calculated
Final Customer Price = Ticket Price + (5% × Ticket Price) + ₦150
Final Customer Price = Venue Price + (15% × Venue Price) + ₦500
Clearly displayed before payment
The original ticket or venue price and the applicable SwiftPass service fee are always shown to the customer before they pay.
E-Tickets
Every ticket shows the organizer's price and the SwiftPass service fee as separate lines before payment.
Venue Bookings
Every venue enquiry and booking shows the venue's price and the SwiftPass service fee before payment.
